    i. dynoCRM Application Usage: Information provided by you when you create your user account, log in, and utilize the dynoCRM application:

    We gather your email address, full name, phone number, and payment information if you purchase a premium membership. To provide Caller ID functionality, we access the names, numbers, and email addresses in your device"s address book. For features like the "Missed Call Leads tracking" we collect the phone numbers of received calls. Any other Personal Information you provide, including notes added from your cellphone, is also collected. Moreover, we gather device information such as device type, model, mobile device ID, time zone, operating system, mobile carrier, internet service provider details, network connection type, installed mobile browsers, approximate location, IP address, GCM Registration ID, and unique device identifiers assigned by your device manufacturer. When using the dynoCRM application, we collect app-related data including call logs, app history, usage information, information about downloads and installations of mobile applications, in-app events, internet domains visited within the application, and the duration of your visits and actions. It"s important to note that this information is anonymized and cannot identify you. Please note that any information you create or upload to your user account within the dynoCRM application is used solely within your user account environment for your benefit and to facilitate the application"s operation.

    Contact and Call Log Access:

    In order to enhance your experience and provide you with valuable features, dynoCRM requires access to your contacts and call logs. This access is necessary to facilitate the following functionalities:

    Caller Identification: Access to your contact list enables dynoCRM to identify callers by name, making it easier for you to recognize incoming calls.

    Contact Syncing: Syncing your contacts with dynoCRM allows for seamless integration and organization of your contacts within the CRM platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

    We value your privacy and assure you that the access granted to your contacts and call logs is solely used for the purposes stated above and is not shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.

    Purpose of data collection:

    (i) To create user/login details for accessing certain features of the dynoCRM application.

    (ii) To provide you with services, including specific features such as the "Missed Call Lead tracking" allowing you to receive SMS notifications with scheduling indications for calls from phone numbers that have contacted you ("Miss Call Assistant").

    (iii) To offer business productivity and intelligence services, organizing and providing efficient access and synchronization of calls, notes, reminders, and contacts previously scattered across various third-party platforms.

    (iv) To communicate with users of the dynoCRM application, providing technical assistance, support, handling requests and complaints, and collecting feedback regarding the application"s performance.

    (v) To provide and operate the Service, including for statistical and research purposes and the creation of aggregated anonymous data.

    (vi) To personalize the dynoCRM application and content provided to you.

    (vii) To enhance your experience with dynoCRM by providing tailored recommendations based on your preferences and enabling you to retrieve your Personal Information.

    (viii) To develop, improve, and customize the dynoCRM application, as well as the experience of other users, and expand the offerings available through the application.

    (ix) To enhance and refine the accuracy and interface of the dynoCRM application.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of sixteen (16) and do not wish to do so.
